Yancey of Earlycoppercoins, EAC #4647. 1804 C13 Draped Bust half cent, Plain 4 No Stems, R1. This is the front-line example for the Furnace Run PCGS Registry Set of US half cents from 1793 to 1857 by Cohen Variety. This coin has been authenticated and graded by PCGS as MS63BN, and CAC-certified as CHOICE for the assigned grade. What an outstanding coin: bold cartwheel luster on both sides, great surfaces and color, and as a bonus the obverse is double-struck, most visible at the forehead, nose, and chin.

EAC grade consistent with the slab grade, and a premium example on all accounts. M3.0 with light rim cud in denticles above AMER. Without exception, my coins are sharper and more attractive in hand than in my photos. So if you like the photos, you will LOVE the coin!
